Every ZAkeeb Drawstring bag is a one-of-one collectible. Because each design is completely unique and permanently retired the moment it is sold, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on any purchase, except in the case of items that arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your bag arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at keebsdrawstring@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review each case individually and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
No Buyer's Remorse Returns
Because every design is one-of-one and cannot be restocked or reproduced, we are unable to accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, sizing preference, or general dissatisfaction with the design.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if the request is made before the item has shipped. Once shipped, the sale is final.
